National Training Strategy for the Development

Patrick Crittenden was the stakeholder manager, a content expert and advisory group facilitator for the project. The project was led by the consulting group GHD.

 

Brief

Develop a comprehensive strategy for the development of energy efficiency assessment skills through desk-top and survey research, interviews and comprehensive stakeholder consultation 

 

​Outcomes

The strategy was released in 2010. The final research report incorporates a:

  • Functional Skills Analysis report

  • Training Needs Analysis report

  • Training Services Analysis report

 

The consultative approach ensured that stakeholder input was incorporated into the strategy and has also led to stakeholders driving implementation of components of the strategy that are of most relevant to their organisations.
