Brief

Design and facilitate a one-day workshop to support the reference group of the Smart Green Apartments in planning the next stage of the project.

 

​Outcomes

The workshop was successful in providing participants with an opportunity to share their perspectives on the challenges and opportunities associated with the next phase of the program. Specific outcomes from the workshop include:

• lessons learned from the initial pilot with five buildings were shared

• input was obtained on the selection and design of the program for piloting with an additional twenty five buildings

• participants developed a better understanding of the interests and perspectives of the various stakeholder groups represented on the reference group
