Brief:
Develop a climate change strategy for the University with a focus on reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

​Outcomes:
A collaborative strategy development process was designed and facilitated. This included the development of a background paper that established the current strengths and weaknesses of the University's approach. The background paper was then supported by a facilitated two day workshop in which key University stakeholders came together to work through each aspect of the strategy and to agree responsibilities and timelines.
