• Competitor benchmarking and business risk/opportunity scan

• Site and divisional management briefings on the implications of the pricing carbon and other business risks and opportunities presented by climate change

• Climate change strategic planning workshop with senior management

• Development of climate change response strategy and detailed plan 

• Advice on integrating energy efficiency and greenhouse considerations into capital expenditure processes
