Training and one-on-one project support to help energy practitioners improve the success-rate of business case proposals for energy efficiency projects

 

 

• How can the training and the post training project support help me?

 

The course aims to improve the success-rate of the business case proposals for energy efficiency projects that you are involved in developing. Specifically, you will develop your ability to:

 

• Identify the people in your organisation who can make or break your proposal and the strategies you can use to involve and influence them

 

• Select and apply the most effective financial analysis methodologies (including internal rate of return and net present value) to communicate the value of your projects

 

• Quantify and promote the multiple business benefits that your projects can deliver

 

• Access innovative energy efficiency financing options to help implement your proposals

 

• Present a clear and compelling argument for your project in both formal and informal settings

 

The post training project support (up to 15 hours supported by OEH) provides us with an opportunity to work with you to improve the impact of business case proposals in your organisation (or your client organistion if you are a consultant or equipment supplier) or to identify strategies that can improve your organisation's decision making processes for energy efficiency projects.
